Refund and Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge that the Diagno Intelligent Systems Private Limited or Diagno Intelligent may charge all amounts owed for the Services, including taxes, service fees, set-up fees, subscription fees, and any other fee or charge related to Your Account, to Your credit card or another payment method that You designate and that the Diagno Intelligent authorises (“Your Account”). All pricing and fees displayed by the company, unless otherwise indicated, do not include taxes, regulatory fees, service fees, setup fees, subscription fees, or any other fees or charges related to Your Account. In compliance with local laws and regulations, the company will charge taxes and regulatory fees on its bills when appropriate.

The payment must be made in advance if you have chosen to pay & usage (i.e., analyse number of images) or pay subscribe for a period of month to year. The money you paid for the above-mentioned purposes is non-refundable if you decide to stop using it before the end of the plan of usage or plan of subscription period for any reason other than a violation of the Diagno Intelligent’s Terms of Use. However, you will be eligible for a refund of the remaining term of the pay & usage period or subscription period for which you did not use the service if you decide to cancel your pay & usage option or subscription. Refunds are usually processed within a specific timeframe, such as 10-20 working days. The refund amount is typically credited back to the respective original payment method.

If you have chosen a pay and usage plan or monthly subscription, you must pay for the services used during that particular period or month at the end of each month. As a result, Diagno Intelligent does not provide pay & usage or monthly subscription refunds.

Diagno Intelligent may alter the cancellation and refund policy at its sole discretion, and if it does, it will give you thirty (30) days’ notice before implementing the new policy. The Terms of Use, which can be found at our website, governs this cancellation and refund policy. The Terms of Use will control any disagreement about cancellation or reimbursement.
